Main Applications

Shell Rotella Gas Truck 5W-30 Full Synthetic Motor Oil is recommended for use in all vehicles requiring the use of SAE 5W-30 viscosity grade synthetic engine oil under all driving conditions, particularly gasoline pick-ups and SUVs that tend to experience more extreme conditions including driving with heavy load, driving in dusty conditions, stop and go driving, frequent short trips, extreme hot or cold temperatures, and extensive idling.

SAE 0W-20 viscosity grade motor oils are commonly recommended for use in many new vehicles with modern engine technology for maximum fuel economy performance.
