When you drive multiple vehicles that work hard, you need an oil that works even harder. That's why we created Shell Rotella T6 Multi-Vehicle 5W-30, which provides full synthetic heavy-duty protection in both diesel and gasoline engines.

To prove its performance, we put it under two extreme real-world tests. The first was our gasoline engine test, where we put Shell Rotella T6 Multi-Vehicle 5W-30 in one taxi cab with a major conventional passenger car motor oil in another.

After 110,000 miles, we took apart each engine and put the results side-by-side.

{Engineer #1: So what I have here in my hand is a cam shaft and what I wanted to show is, on the competitive oil you see a fair bit of varnish deposit on those cam lobes, whereas on the Shell Rotella product, you don't see any varnish on these cam lobes.}

But what about diesel engines? For our next test we headed to Greensboro, North Carolina where we push two big rigs to their limit.
