Please be prepared to provide the SKUs and quantities to be returned, the Account Number for the location where the product will need to be picked up from, and the product(s) to be returned.
- One gallon bottles of Shell ROTELLA® Ultra ELC 50/50 Pre-diluted Antifreeze/Engine Coolant - ALL BATCHES; and/or
- 55-gallon drums of Shell ROTELLA® Ultra ELC 50/50 Pre-diluted Antifreeze/Engine Coolant - ALL BATCHES; and/or
- Shell ROTELLA® Ultra ELC Antifreeze/Coolant Concentrate sold in 55-gallon drums - Batch Number B2811293U063/30Sept15 (SOPUS Products Material # is 550022381)
The CSC Representative will then provide details for product pick-up or recycle, and return credit.

Please check the UPC code to verify whether the product you purchased is eligible for a refund claim. The UPC code can be found on the back, bottom right, of the product bottle.

Please note:
- Limit of two gallons per household, without a photo or secondary approval (see below for procedure if more than 2 gallons are requested to be refunded).
- No proof of purchase/receipt required for up to 2 gallons.
- Refund amount per gallon is $15
- Checks will be mailed 10 business days after claim submitted
- No expiration date on these checks
